it's a shame Dewalt doesn't build out their 12v line further
IMO Dewalt is clearing out their 12v tools and abandoning their lineup. Lowe's had the 12v drill, impact and screwdriver kits many times the last year for $79 with two batteries. I love the lineup and still have the 12v screwdriver as it is my favorite. Milwaukee, again IMO, has the 12v line secured and with the new subcompact 20v tools coming out a 20v can mimick the same footprint. For what I have seen, I believe most cordless manufacturers are slowly abandoning the 12v tools including Skil. I cannot find a local place that even carries the 12v Skil...only the 20v.

I have the screwdriver currently and I love it! I have owned both impact wrench's, this ratchet and the multi head driver. All were great tools and comparable and in some cases better than the Milwaukee equivalent. I've decided that when I can afford it I'm going to to probably rebuy the multi head, ratchet and I'd like to add the oscillating multi tool. If they discontinued I probably wouldn't care as long as I had a few extra batteries for those select tools. I know everyone says the atomic are just about as small but something about the 12v I just prefer the feel in my hands.
Its been this price for a couple months.. was gonna buy but then noticed its 12V..
I bought it a few weeks ago and returned it. It comes with tool bag, charger and 12V battery. It vibrated and was louder than my $19 SKIL ⅜ 12V ratchet wrench.
My SKIL ratchet wrench specs 220 RPM, 55ftlb torque. It handled the replacement of rotors and brake job on my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagen SE with no issues.

Bummer if true about Skil 12V. While Milwaukee has the 12V professional segment locked up, I think there's room for a DIY/homeowner/"Ryobi" position in the 12V market, with all the lights, fans, speakers, etc.
This 12-volt DCF503B Cordless Ratchet, its very powerful and outperform most of Dewalt 20-volt cordless ratchet lineup. it's small and very maneuverable in tight areas. The only downside buying this, currently, I own only 20-volt batteries and chargers! pulling the trigger on this, means buying a (12-volt charger and batteries)...... STILL ON THE FENCE WITH THIS ONE!
