For $30 theyre fine, I needed a pair that wouldnt fall out while I bike/run/mow the lawn. These fit the bill, those hideous looking loops do their job, they hold the bud in.
They also sound fine, at least compared to my other 2 pair of $20-30 amazon chinese buds. Like most everyone else,I listen to podcasts or compressed mp3 music while wearing these.
Irrespective of that, I wouldn't buy these because of its size and lots of negative reviews, not because of they are being refurbished.
