I'm going to be honest, all of my Bluetooth speaker research has never brought me across this brand before. Seems to be a decent speaker but I had a hard time finding a ton of reviews which is concerning. Looks to sell at a pretty regular price of around $100

Honestly, I would love to give you an answer of one end-all, be-all speaker but it is just too subjective based on the user's needs. For example, would you want to be able to use it around water or at the beach? Would you primarily use it in the house or outside? Would you want it to be highly portable or would you be placing it somewhere that it would likely stay put? Do you need a rugged exterior or a more premium, decorative looking finish?
These questions are why I, admittedly, have too many Bluetooth speakers. I have premium speakers that I leave in the house and don't take outside but I also have rugged, waterproof speakers that I will use around the garage and outside. I have speakers that are only 3 watts that I use when watching media on my phone or to get better/louder sound quality that my phone speakers and I also have 60-80 watt speakers for when I want to crank some music. Every person has to decide which style of speaker they can get the most use out of... Or just be like me and buy one for all the scenarios life might throw your way lol

I appreciate your answer to him? Can I ask your opinion on the best portable high power speakers? I've seen plenty of those Sony big boxes at best Buy, but the battery powered ones don't sound very good, just loud.

Ditto.

Convinced me to cancel my CostCo UE MegaBoom purchase and ordered this one, instead.

BTW, I use his website to evaluate speakers, not the YouTube channel. You can't beat the side-by-side comparisons that he has set up.
http://switcher.oluvsgadgets.net/ Quick instructions:
Step 1: Scroll down the page until you hit the list of speakers. Scroll through the list until you find one of your desired speaker. Add it to Player A.
Step 2: Ditto for your second desired speaker. Add it to Player B. (Re-select the first speaker as Player B, if you are only listening to that one speaker.)
Step 3: Select a style of music. I tend to select the "Maximum Volume" set of music, because I'm more interested in how the speaker sounds from across the room. However, you can select the choices under "Standard Volume", if you plan on sitting close to the speaker.
Step 4: Hit the play button (green arrow) to begin play.
Step 5: Click the arrow button in between the two screens to flip listening back and forth between the two selected speakers.
For a good representation of what the speakers really sound like, it is suggested that you do your listening with a high quality set of headphones.

And if you're interested in a reference for what the music should sound like, you can compare the speaker against the pure sound of one the AKG headsets that you'll find at the top of the speakers' list.

Wattage has never been an accurate way to gauge sound quality or even volume.

Aiwa exos-9, best Bluetooth speaker. On the bigger side but best bang for your buck.
