We had the 18 foot pools, two summers in a row (circle though not rectangular) and they were great for the summer, but both ended up with a ton of small holes by the next year.

Those were typically in the $400-$500 range. The stock filters were crap, the saltwater system that comes with this SHOULD be good, but not sure if the GPH is enough for such a big pool.
