I like good sardines that still have skin and bones. Just my preference. You can buy the Costco brand if you want.

If I recall these are x-large sardines that you would not want to eat the bones of. Too hard and crunchy for my taste. I love small sardines whole!

Do a baked potato and use the oil in can instead of butter with sardine as the protein, or just boil some potatoes and either do mashed or just break them up and add oil from can with sardine for taste with some finely chopped garlic mixed in there with some fresh dill and sardine in oil.
