I used a similar deal last year but DELL delayed one of my item for almost two months which expired my credit.

I can't decide if I will buy anything yet... Too abd I am not sure if I want a s5e/s6 lite because one of those plus the ssd will come up to almost exactly $599 after tax. Still wouldn't be saving as much as it seems, though, because at b&h I'd pay no tax, so this deal is really only an extra $60 off of $600.
Also they went back up in price on the 4k monitor that was a good deal recently.

I have an old xps 13 from 2016, looking to upgrade, but I haven't kept up with xps prices. So not sure if I should pull the trigger. Thanks.

If I knew some products on deals at dell which are likely to be resold at higher cost later on, then it would be a good deal that way too.
