It will be interesting to see if they're shipping the old version or the new one. Given that it's from Woot (now owned by Amazon), which usually clearances out old inventory, I'm guessing they're the old ones.

What's the difference in these and the Soundbuds Curve series?

So, NO! I do not recommend these at all.
Edit: Received today, sound pretty good for $14, seem pretty comfortable and stay in place. The wire with wireless is kinda weird but not too noticeable. I'm more used to over ear headphones and their bass, so I'm slightly disappointed in the bass in these in comparison, but not bad.
