If you're looking for a cheaper Srixon that is similar to the ProV1/ProV1x check out Srixon Z Star/Z Star XV. They are also 1/2 price right now on Amazon.

I play ProVi's but bought these. Every time I find these on the course I love them. 5 dozen for $50 is a good deal.

If you play these well, you shouldn't be playing ProV1 - they're completely different golf balls. ProVs are about as hard as you can get, while these are among the softest golf balls made. Save your money! Granted, these covers won't last as long as urethane, but for 1/5 the price, you can hit a lot of cart paths.
I added a few of the Srixon balls to my Amazon lists last week awaiting this sale. They also have the matte color available as well for the same price. Quantities look limited. Q stars are $13.49 as well. These were also $10 in previous years.

My favorite is the Q Star Tour, it's a softer ball with a urethane cover for wedge shots. It's on sale too.
The Z and Z XV are decent replacements for Pro V1 and V1x but just not the same, it's the secret sauce of the V1 cover, when you touch it's it's soft and sticky. The only ball I can easily make check up on the a green with my wedges is a ProV. I've tried plenty of times with the Z star, just not the same. I just don't play ProVs cause it's not worth the money for me when the Z star are $20 a dozen during this time. I'm an average swinger so going with the Q Star Tour and save even more.

After watching it, to me it sounds like how it's spelled
