When the situation is back to normal, hopefully they will remove all the return restrictions.
Before Covid-19 when we can buy Surgical Masks from CVS, Target, etc, each box usually mentioned the ASTM standard it meet right outside the box.

In the United States, they must respect ASTM standards which have three levels of protection (from low risk of exposure to fluids to high risk of exposure to fluids).
BFE = Bacterial Filtration
PFE = Particulate Filtration
In Europe, they must comply with the European standard EN 14683, which has 3 levels of bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE1, BFE2, Type R).
Hopefully as face mask become more available, people would start posting face mask deal that actually meet the ASTM, Europe, or other standard at reasonable price.
