I was in Micro Center the other day, and saw these sitting on a table. I figured if the sound is anything close to acceptable, then it's a deal. These things don't sound too bad (actually, they sound pretty decent). There's even some bass! I bought the box thinking there was only one, but this is for a pair!!
Play music and audio recordings while illuminating your house using the candy apple Pulse LED Light Bulb with Wireless Speaker from urlhasbeenblocked. Each 8 watt LED light bulb contains a 1.75" multi-channel, full-range, high-fidelity JBL loudspeaker for dual light and audio capabilities. Both the light and audio controls can be managed from your smartphone or tablet with the Pulse mobile application. You can also launch media apps, such as Pandora and Spotify, directly from the application, enabling you to stream the media directly to the bulb's speaker. The package includes one master bulb and one satellite bulb, and the system can be expanded to support a total of 8 bulbs. Each bulb works in unison with other Pulse bulbs at distances of up to 100'. With Bluetooth technology, the bulb is completely wireless for an easy installation.

BR30 standard.
Btw, these things are absolutely horrendous. They sound horrible and connection issue galore. There's a reason they are dirt cheap.

Work great on my front porch. Easy to use. Sound is surprisingly good.

- The sound is not that great, comparable to a Google Home Mini. I don't recommend them for extended listening.
- Every time you turn them on, the bluetooth connection tone sounds (get's annoying).
- There's a delay in the light turning on, maybe 1/4 to 1/2 second.
- It's a BLUETOOTH light and speaker, not a smart wi-fi light and speaker, so no integration with Alexa or Google Assistant.
Yes, still have them sitting in my basement in box.
They are great consider those speakers hide in plain sight and the speakers are all synchronized. Sound quality is acceptable but I am not an audiofiler. A bonus is it was fun to watch my toddler trying to find the source of the sound at the beginning.
I might buy couple more as backup.
