that is an easy one to answer. they are SD promoted advertisements. these are posted by the same person (who is an SD editor) and they are from an SD sponsor (Adorama). Jamo is owned by Klipsch and you also see the same person and vendor advertising Klipsch products. For every click and every sale they get an affiliate fee / kickback. You will also find these advertisements obtain front page status very quickly. Coincidence?
There is an easy way to confirm this. Go to Adorama (Not using the link provided by SD). Search for whatever model is posted. In this case the same speaker is priced at $449 because you did not go through the SD affiliate link. So you know it is a paid advertisement.
whoever is promoting these, can you get some sale going for the WHITE jamo speakers? they look much nicer.
Yeah not that this isn't a good deal but it's kinda obvious these are being sponsored hard when there are like 4 different Jamo front page deals all by Adorama. Edit: I went to count and there are actually 6 FP deals and 2 popular deals wow

Can you mix and match speakers or better just to get a whole set? I have a speaker set from like 2006. They seem to be ok. https://www.woot.com/offers/sls-a...ter-system No longer have the receiver i have is marantz sr5012. Can i just replace the two front speakers or am i better getting a new set. Would i see much of a difference with these then what i already have?

You can mix and match as much as you want as long as your receiver can power the speakers.
