If you have the AMEX Offer on Dell, you can stack another 120$ or more depending on the model you choose. $837 for a Ryzen 7 4800H and RX 5600M which is equivalent to a GTX 1660 Ti, a decent quality panel with FreeSync support, is a superb deal in my opinion. OwnOrDisown has already confirmed that FreeSync is now working after the new Driver update from AMD released on 10th June.

It's coming $1098 without tax and without AMEX Offer and tax is different in different states. But, it will be way less than $1200 if you have AMEX Offer.
