With the 4ah battery, this is kit is a good deal at $199. Battery itself usually runs $150+

I have both of the older versions to go along with the mower. Highly recommend all three. Though, my trimmer bump feeder has never worked. I think/hope they made some changes on this newer version.

Have these and it's a good deal. The trimmer is ok, but the bump feed is wonky at times and it isn't the best when used as a lawn edger. The bower is great. the 4ah battery is a nice upgrade

I have the 16" trimmer (this is a 13"). Bump feed isn't great on it either. It was especially troublesome when the first couple times I used it. Been a little better lately. Plenty of power though.

I am a noobie at this, I have a slope in the backyard, that gets full with shrubs and weeds that I would like to clear and maintain.
Is the trimmer any good for that? Can anyone suggest what tool I need for this job.

I just bought this trimmer on sale for $99, guess I'll be returning it. Getting the blower and a 2nd battery (I have the mower too) for only $100 is nice, normally blower with battery is $149. Thanks!

Pretty good deal. I got the blower refurb for $65ish and the trimmer new for $100ish, tools only. So $200 is a good deal
