I actually just picked up one of these this past Friday to use for my first ever smoke over the weekend. It worked phenomenally well. It even seems fairly well built. The probes were accurate when tested against another thermometer, and they seem durable. I had them placed right on the grate of the smoker/grill at 300F at some points and there was no issue with the rubber boots or coating on the wires. Great product for $19.88.
I bought this a while back. Has been accurate against my thermopro thermometer for the last 4-5 smokes. 1 thermometer is already bad and wont register, otherwise it works.
This is cheap but I can't stress enough how worth it wireless is. Being able to check on your phone or a receiver is way more convenient. Not being tethered to the grill is the way to go.

I would use a wyze camera to make work as a wireless device.. but thats just me
I recommend the FireBoard if you're looking for a premium wireless thermometer and don't mind spending a little extra
I have the gen1. I saw their gen2 and they added nice features to it.
Only problem is I wish their probes could be color coded. Can't find any silicone rubber than can withstand high heat and make my own colored labeling.

Inkbird offers Bluetooth connectivity as well as clips so you can get ambient air temperature from a probe.
