Here are some considerations:

These are Roof Prism; if you are used to Porro Prism design, you may or may not find these comfortable to hold.

The H20's have the good quality BAK4 prism glass (as opposed to the cheaper/less quality BK7 prism glass). I don' see on the specs for Vortex which kind it has -- but if it has BK7, avoid them.

The Field of View for these is only 325' at 1000 yards, which will make it a bit challenging to keep birds in view if they are actively flitting around.

The other important specs for birding such as Close Focus, Fully Multi coated Lenses, gas purged, and Eye Relief look good for the Vortex.
This is strong on the "want" not "need" list. I have the diamondback 10x50s but would love a bino holder like these. So tempted...
It's annoying that they label these HD, since they actually use the designation on their higher-end binoculars to denote the use of "high density" glass. You'll see other manufacturers label similar glass ED or "extra low dispersion".

I like Vortex generally, but their marketing has gotten sketch. They label these HD to confuse consumers who expect HD or ED glass. They were slinging Diamondbacks this last Christmas for cheap as well, but their ads often failed to mention they were copies of models released like 2 or 3 generations ago.

These are seemingly okay, but they are very much entry level. You can get a big boost by spending a little more. Just depends on your needs.

Recently got into bird watching with the virus going on as it's a great way to social distance and enjoy myself at the same time, I'm using a pair of Bushnell H20's right now and looking to upgrade, this looks like a great replacement, Anybody have experience with this and can tell me whether it wames sense to upgrade to this?

I picked up the Diamonback HD 8x42 when Discover was running the 20% off promo on Amazon. Solid pair of binoculars, sharp and lighweight. Great for birdwatching. Here's the ones I got:

One is 1080p and the other is 480p....

.... seriously I'm not sure. I do have these though and they're awesome, I just chuckle at the "HD" high definition...

Bass pro has the GlassPak on sale for $29 right now. I am considering it... I like the Badlands pack, but they are much more expensive. I use my binos for hunting. Keeping them close the chest is a must.

The bino pack is trash. The shoulder straps are attached to the pack too low so it causes your binos to lean forward. The latch is some non-elastic cord and a hook. I've had my 10x42 Vipers fall out multiple times when I leaned over to pick something off the ground.

That said, don't let the pack dissuade you from getting the binos.

I have both these and a pair of Nikons that were actually cheaper than this vortex, and I find myself always reaching for the Nikon over these.

I can't speak on this model, as I have the Diamondbacks as well as a few Vortex scopes. I will say that Vortex has been top notch anytime I have ever had an issue.
