If you're like me though and you connected your account but still don't see the game, you may need to launch the game on the platform you currently have it on. I have it on Xbox but I hadn't played it yet (I have a huge, "never gonna finish all these games" backlog
Edit: I tried it on a Mac and it worked the first time. Like others say...could be a problem with Windows 10. Try the workarounds.

Their FAQ page for this 'giveaway' is rubbish and unhelpful.
And once I found out how to link Steam (where I own the Witcher) to GOG it shows that no games are found for GOG connect.
Update: GOG now says it may take several days to find matching games from my steam library to add to GOG. It said this both yesterday June 16th and today the 17th

It's a shame I can't check if this offer is working fine even with the issues, since I don't own The Witcher 3 GotY yet. It's been on my list of things I'll eventually get, but since I already have such a large backlog of games I've never even touched, it just keeps getting put off. Plus every time it's on sale it basically goes down to the same price, $15, so I don't feel a rush to pick it up.

You sure lucky. If you search GOG PSN on twitter...tons of people are bringing up the PSN issue.
