The size of the hard drive is what keeps me from getting one of these. I love everything else. I realized what a pain it would be to open the tablet up. I'm still looking for deals on a surface 6 or 7 pro. Just need a good price on a 256gb model or greater.

The normal price has been $999 at my local Costco and just recently there is $100 off to make it $899. I might pick one up at $899 and go in for the $100 price adjustment ???

My current one is with 128gb but it is not convenient. Its quite annoying running out space, using external micro SD helps but I would rather go with 256gb

Doesn't seem like that great of a deal tbh. Seems like they're just trying to get rid of models that no one wants. 128GB leaves you with maybe 90GB left?

You can always work around the size of the hard drive. You can upgrade you can use an external or cloud. But what you can't do on these is increase the RAM. 8 GB is not enough thats the deal breaker for me.
