I did end our conversation with this...."Hope the 58" still arrives, that would be nice." He said "I hope so too."

I initiated with online chat - assuming you called - maybe try online chat. They may offer you a discount for that 65" Hisense. Either way, hope you get your TV though.
Walmart destroyed Kmart and other competitors with their information system, managing inventory with suppliers. Today, with online ordering taking over - Amazon is destroying Walmart with their much better shipping info system.

I wish I could tell the differences better, besides Costco has better "protection". Any help would be welcome.

My 3 Vizio soundbars and Yamaha receiver, all over ARC, work near perfectly on my 4 Hisense/Sharp Roku TVs.
Still I"m pretty happy for only $300. I wanted a high end TCL or Hisense but this will hold me over until the next big thing. I have the TCL 6 for fancy HDR gaming. Sadly the latest TCL patch messed something up, it won't wake up unless I unplug it.

A TCL Roku TV didn't play nice with the Yamaha. I had to use ARC for volume control, and an optical for audio. Wound up returning that TV, but configuring the receiver was a massive headache.
So much for standards...

HDR requires at least 10-bit color. Essentially, to achieve HDR through an HDMI connected device, you'll have to compromise on the chroma compression or the resolution.
The uncompromised HDR rating can be achieved through built-in apps, but never through HDMI 2.0.
High-end 8K sets are beginning to introduce the HDMI 2.1 specification, which has sufficient bandwidth. Some monitors can also achieve it through DisplayPort or Thunderbolt 3, which also have sufficient bandwidth.
But as it relates to the Xbox One X and PS4 Pro, they only have an HDMI 2.0 port and will never achieve an uncompromised 4K HDR picture.
Wait it out bro. New standards on the way.

That's thing about specs; they are continually changing. They are impossible to chase down; particularly as it relates to upgrading the multitude of equipment that comprise a home theater.
In the era of smart TVs, I've gained the utmost appreciation for UX.
The simplified remote, OS UI, and long term SW support make Roku TVs the easy recommend for most people.
