Feels like ergochair 2 is a better buy for $340 which has an adjustable headrest as well.

I bought this chair in early April and for some reason, my lower back is getting destroyed.

Suggest making sure you really want this chair because dealing with Lenovo Customer Service is a nightmare all unto itself. Be forewarned...

It looks pretty good, but I don't like the 2 year warranty. If they believe in their product they should back it up like other high quality chairs. The Workpro chair has a 10 year limited warranty, but I don't know how easy claims are.

That is a pretty good point. Also, I signed up for their email promotions and got a $30 code. That bring down the chair's closer to this price.

Its pretty much all plastic, definitely a step down in build quality imo. If you don't mind mesh seating you can get the newer version of this chair with a headrest for $350 from office depot with a 30% of coupon. That's what I winded up doing, but personally I prefer the durability of mesh seating.

Where did you get 30% coupon, I am trying to buy 12000 chair with headrest but couldn't get the coupon to work. Thanks

ergochair advocates are not paying attention... more like the workpro 9000

not the 12000 here, which clearly has a separate axis lower back mechanism.

Lenovo was a nightmare to deal with, but then again so was Office Depot. I ordered the 9000 when it was on a special for less than $200 and supposedly it got damaged during shipping. They couldn't send me another one and it took like 2 months to get my refund.

I'm about to get a Herman Miller Areron and I haven't even sit on it to try it, I'm doing it because seems to be the best for decades, but am I getting ripped off, is something like this as good and way cheaper?
