If you already have lower back pain and you're looking for a chair you can sit in for long hours then you need to invest in a better chair. You don't have to go crazy but you should find one that is listed for at least 8 hours of use a day. Office chairs typically list this 'rating' in their specs. For instance, this one says "up to 5 hours a day" which usually means you're not going to be very comfortable using it for a whole work day every day as it's more for casual use.

I bought this one on a slick deal for $100: https://slickdeals.net/f/13986371-office-depot-realspace-mftc-200-mesh-multifunction-ergonomic-chair-99-99?src=SiteSearch It's pretty good with a rating of "6-8 hours" especially for the price but I still wouldn't recommend it for someone with actual lower back issues as my own back gets a little sore after an 8+ hour work day. If I was to buy another chair I might grab something like this: https://www.officedepot.com/a/pro...High-Back/ which is rated for "8-10 hours a day"

For you though I would say invest the money and pick up one of the highest rated chairs out there which is currently available on a slickdeal for $300: https://slickdeals.net/f/14131724-workpro-12000-series-ergonomic-mesh-fabric-managerial-mid-309-99?v=1&src=SiteSearch This is not only rated for 8-10 hours but it has adjustable lumbar support which you probably need given your pain issues. Assuming you'll be using this chair for years, it's worth the relatively minor additional investment.

Both coupons worked for me. Adding both the paper and the chair got the first coupon to work. The second coupon only shows during checkout.
