It does not have a lumbar support, despite the other comment.
There is a video on youtube of some guy that is showing off the second one he bought. It's a little interesting, but should give a good idea of what your getting.

Correcting - No lumbar support.
You can go through office depot reviews which will help answer some of the questions. There are 3 settings which should be sufficient for WFH use given the price.
