Anyone getting an error message when they try to reserve a line?

So as an existing customer, you can add one free line. Once your BYOD free lines end on 6/30, you will pay the regular price for those 2 lines on Sprint, and you will just get a 3rd line free.

If you are currently paying for 2 lines, then you can add a 3rd line free.

And I believe you have to pay taxes for the free line, like on the Sprint free 1 year plan.

Yes, I also tried reserving a line and got the following error:
Oh no! It's seems there are no more compatible plans for this phone. Please try different IMEI number or shop our wide selections of phones.

Still unable to see it being free. I go through and put in all the information but it wants to charge me the 35 a month. I have 1 line on my account which is the kickstart plan. Has anyone that is on the kickstart plan confirmed this works?
The Kickstart plan is not eligible.

couple questions here: 1. does kickstart plan work to get this? 2. if I buy SIM kit from Amazon, can I get $100 sign up bonus?
1. Lines with only KS plans are not eligible.
2. That would be interesting if someone were to add that. I'm not sure if it would work or not, but it could be a nice bonus.

Have gone through Verizon, ATT, Sprint and T-Mobile in the past. Used Sprint for a year recently. My experience Sprint is the worst, regarding coverage, customer service and activation. When I was in a Costco warehouse, I lost coverage. The activation process is always a pain in butt. No VoLTE, neither HD Voice. Looks like Sprint is 5 years behind other carriers. No more Sprint...

BYOD expire 6/30

then will charge $60

need to keep $60+ 20% taxes in order to earn new free line?

its pricy

72 first line + 5 for second line =77 for 2 lines on sprint, can do better elsewhere

math correct?

any better advise for $60 line? dont need unlimited, ok with 3 GB

Thank you

How do I port a landline number to a mobile phone? I chatted with Sprint and they said they couldn't do it.

Sprint does have HD voice. Used to pop up on my phone in the call screen when available and there was a definite clarity with the call.

Well I did it. Received reserved line with phone number for free. It shows as Unlimited on Us. The other two lines still show as Freedom. This is kind of crazy. I think I'll use this for my main house phone.

Does anyone know if this offer could be used for an iPad (Pro 2018 with cellular)? Seems like it should work and be eligible but everyone is only talking about service with phones, and I do understand that iPads can't be used as standalone phones per se.

I've seen mention from others with the ED1500 plan not being able to do it. So, yes, I think it's not eligible.
You can add me to that list.

Sprint is so bad they should pay you to be a customer
When they have the best 5G network on the planet in a year or so, let's revisit your post and see how you feel mmkay?

Totally opposite in my experience. For me Sprint has best coverage of any carrier in my area and great customer service if needed. But you do have to have a decent phone as with any carrier.

You mean T-Mobile will right? Hopefully in a year Sprint will no longer exist.
