Anyone getting an error message when they try to reserve a line?

So as an existing customer, you can add one free line. Once your BYOD free lines end on 6/30, you will pay the regular price for those 2 lines on Sprint, and you will just get a 3rd line free.

If you are currently paying for 2 lines, then you can add a 3rd line free.

And I believe you have to pay taxes for the free line, like on the Sprint free 1 year plan.

Yes, I also tried reserving a line and got the following error:
Oh no! It's seems there are no more compatible plans for this phone. Please try different IMEI number or shop our wide selections of phones.

So it's letting me pick the reserve a line option but I'm scared it will affect my current plan. I have two unlimited lines that I got under the bring your own device plan back in 2017. They are unlimited with 1080P streaming. I also get a $5 discount per line from my employer. If I add this line, it says it has 480p streaming. Will adding this line modify my currently excellent deal in any way?
It will not modify any terms of your existing deal. The slower streaming and other limitations will only apply to the free line.

Chat with rep says you still have to pat $30 activation and then you get a monthly $35 credit to balance the $35 unlimited line cost.

So all I pay is tax on the line and can add a phone at any time?

So it would appear I am eligible for the free line as well, and while I have an old LG phone, if I go to Buy A New Phone and sort by lowest monthly I see you can get the S10+ for $0/month too. So a free line and a free phone? That seems pretty solid to me. I don't need a 5th line, but perhaps it would be nice to offload phone forwarding, e-mail, and text messaging from my personal device to one I can leave at home or in another room when I'm off the clock. My hesitation is maybe reserving a line now and seeing if the regular S20 5G would go on a $0 promotion or if it would be $0 if you add a line which I already did if I reserve now.

Thanks. I see they have even reserved a virtual temporary number for the free line. I'm hoping I can port in an existing line from elsewhere to use instead. One interesting note, it says "3G Provisioning".
i tried with 2 phones. one with tello and one with red pocket. Since they both use sprint I couldn't activate. Looks like I am buying a new phone off ebay

You are not eligible for leases on this line. You have to BYOD or pay for a phone in full. Now if you can find a deal on paying the phone in full, you can get that deal, just no installment plans or leases available.

broadwayblueDo you remember what the menu item name is? I'm trying to find the line on my account.
it is on the the main page that this deal links to. in the blue at the bottom.

"Why do I have to pay monthly taxes and fees when I don't have an active phone?

Your reserved line is just like any other line and therefore subject to standard fees and taxes even though you are not actively using the service."

The OG "everything family" something 1500. It's prob not compatible lol.
I've seen mention from others with the ED1500 plan not being able to do it. So, yes, I think it's not eligible.

I have the option to add a new phone with my new free line at special lease prices, just dont know if I just reserve the additional line if I can get a lease deal in the future.
You aren't eligible for any leases with this free line. It's just like the Kickstart line rules. Just because they show up, doesn't mean you can do it. If you selected one of these, if you activate that phone then your free line converts to a pay line.

Still unable to see it being free. I go through and put in all the information but it wants to charge me the 35 a month. I have 1 line on my account which is the kickstart plan. Has anyone that is on the kickstart plan confirmed this works?
