Anyone getting an error message when they try to reserve a line?

So as an existing customer, you can add one free line. Once your BYOD free lines end on 6/30, you will pay the regular price for those 2 lines on Sprint, and you will just get a 3rd line free.


If you are currently paying for 2 lines, then you can add a 3rd line free.

And I believe you have to pay taxes for the free line, like on the Sprint free 1 year plan.

Yes, I also tried reserving a line and got the following error:
Oh no! It's seems there are no more compatible plans for this phone. Please try different IMEI number or shop our wide selections of phones.

My daily driver is not compatible with Sprint but I have an older phone that is compatible with Sprint. Can I use the IMEI on this older phone to reserve the line and then use the line with a newer/different phone when I activate?

I would think so, that is just a plain device swap, and is done often.

Want to see if I can bring on my girlfriends existing number using this deal. Does anyone know if she would be able to keep her number? She is also a sprint customer so my thinking is she would cancel her account and keep her number and I would bring that on as my free line. Thanks in advance for any info.

Why is my original comment getting down voted? I thought my experience would be helpful to others...wow.

I think the glitch trying to get this to work online is having that Unlimited Basic v2. Once I was upgraded to Unlimited Plus with the Credit Union deal he was able to add the line.

Since the I was unable to use the reserve a line option, I tried reaching out to Sprint support via chat and was told "This deal is not currently active on your account. It is being sent to eligible customers one at a time. If you are eligible you will receive a notification." Which makes no sense because I meet the eligibility requirements on the deal page.

They just make stuff up. Earlier people were told you can't get the deal unless you received a targeted email. All nonsense. I don't know what qualifies you for the promotion, but I didn't get a text or an email and just followed the link from the OP and after I logged in I saw the offer and was able to check out successfully.
