It's a good deal for the price at this time, if you need it.

COVID-19 and work/school from home has increase demand for laptops dramatically, so deals are scarce. Vendors don't need to discount so deeply, and it's tough to find good machines.

You'll almost certainly see more for your money around Black Friday and holidays. But that doesn't help if you need to work now, or need a laptop for summer semester.

I bought this laptop at $289 in Nov of last year and I have to say I'm very happy with it. I use it everyday as my main work from home laptop. Had to Upgrade ram to 12 gig since having 20 tabs open on chrome with 4 gigs couldn't cut it.

Same here I have the Asus 14inch version same specs and it's been great I also upgraded the ram to 12gbs.

I have this one added the western digital black 500 GB for 69 and aCoursera memory for $30 making 12 GB total. The first one I had had defective firmware but the second one has worked perfectly for the two months I've owned it
