Got this for $100 on prime day last year. Easily worth $150. I use these for hours every day & still have never had to charge it more than twice in a month. Highly recommended
Good sound/mic/NC/battery, but the problem for me is the fit with glasses on. The ear pieces are oversized by design. Since getting the AKG NC60 I have not used my HD450 again.
I bought these for 200 when they first came out because I wanted an above average set of wireless headphones that supported Aptx LL and ANC that didn't cost an arm and a leg.
Lag free gaming and no sync issues with movies. Awesome battery life too. The ANC does have an annoying whine to it but isn't noticeable when content is playing. Good deal at 150.

I wanted the same, so I went with the Plantronics Backbeat Pro 2. They have more bass than the Sennheisers and I bought them for watching TV. If I was just doing music the choice would have been the Sennheisers, since I already am used to their sound signature with my regular wired headphones.

No. You didn't. You got the HD 4.50, which I did, too. The 450BT is new and was not available at that time last year. From some quick research, these seem to be a slight downgrade in almost everything except battery life and Bluetooth version. I'll hold on to my HD 4.50.
For those thinking they have these or listened to them, the HD 4.50 and these 450BT are not the same headphones. They are similar and it was probably a stupid choice to confuse people by naming them as they did.
The HD 4.50 were on sale for $100 last year on prime day. The 450BT may be intended to be a new version, but from my quick research the only actual improvements are battery life and Bluetooth version. Everything else seems to be the same or slightly worse. I have not personally tried the 450BT, but I would recommend seeing if you can find the HD 4.50 for $100 or less.

No, these are good with some level of noise cancellation. I bought for 100$ and they were pretty good for price

$100 is much slicker than $150..
Edit: specifically is there a physical switch or do you have to use the app?
