SN550 and SN750 have same 5 year warranties. It has very high quality flash and controller.
For most people who just want a great gaming & OS drive, there's little reason to look beyond this SN550. It's an incredible drive.

Also to add on it beats out the SN750 in general use and game loading. Not by a bunch in game loading, but its newer flash memory and controller make it very responsive.
