Phone is locked to TracFone for 12 months, while Tracfone has services on ATT T-Mobile and Verizon.

Open a return request and sometimes they assist via a partial refund to close it out. Just say that it dropped recently.

I live in the boonies and can't get good service where I live. So we get tracfone for when we go out. They save me $ in the long run because for us its pretty useless to pay for unlimited when we use maybe 20 minutes a month. If we lived in town that would be a different story.
