Been waiting for this for a while now - thank you. $100 off normal price, recent reviews (post 2017/2018) are excellent.
With WFH (work from home) being the new normal, this seems like a no brainer.

Why on earth is this $350 normally? You can get a knockoff for a fraction of the price.

I've been looking at this for a couple weeks. There are tons of complaints about the bluetooth and app. I ended up getting the cheaper competitor (Stamina InMotion) at 2/5 the price ($100 v. cubii at $250). Hopefully Stamina works just as well...

Overall, the InMotion does the job. I don't have experience with the Cubii so I can't compare the two.
  • The InMotion wheels rest on a thin layer of adhesive foam (stuck to a metal plate) - the foam is already worn out after a couple weeks of light use so the wheels are partially rolling over the metal plate directly.
  • A lot of reviews also mention a squeaking that starts after light use and I'm able to confirm that. It hasn't bothered me yet.
  • The motion itself is basically like a mini elliptical. I'm personally not a fan of the unnatural motions of an elliptical, but this does help me get more movement.

This product has met my expectations so far (albeit it wasn't high expectations to begin with). I didn't expect this to replace an actual workout, but rather, an opportunity to keep my legs moving while I'm working from home.

Is it worth $100? Debatable... I am glad that I only paid $100 compared to the $250 Cubii that I assume would give me the same return on investment.
