I've had these for around 5 years and I'm extremely happy with them. The drill and impact driver get regular use by my wife and I. I also own the hammer drill for doing anything in masonry as well. The reciprocating saw I have pruning blades for and it gets mostly outdoor use. I'm not a big fan of the oscillating tool or circular saw. The former has a power switch at the bottom of the handle on the back, most tools put the switch near where the thumb naturally rests or have a trigger. The circular saw is underpowered and flexes a bit. I keep this mounted to a Kreg saw track because it had sufficient power to rip plywood and osb.
The batteries in this kit are 2ah. They're fine for quick jobs around the house, but the 4ah included with individual tools or separately are what I tend to use for all day projects. It's worth noting, the PC 20v lineup is likely going to die off sooner than later. The patent company, Stanley Black and Decker, bought Craftsman. This means the top of their line includes Dewalt, the mid tier includes Craftsman and Porter Cable, and the budget line is Black and Decker. If you compare the PC lineup against the Craftsman one, there's many more tools on the Craftsman side. If you're not concerned about expanding your collection of tools or are fine with buying multiple battery platforms, this may not be a big deal.
