Thats not correct, there are some 7 series models that are IPS panel. Recent costco booklet mentioned that its IPS panel (picture attached). Rting mentions these 7 series 4K IPS panel tv as one of best for computer monitor.

I have 50" LG that I bought from Sam's last year and love it. Always been a Sony guy and was reluctant to buy something else, but the picture is excellent. Think we paid $279.00.

I'm looking to get 2 TVs for a new apartment. One for the bedroom (not as concerned about) and one for the living area (very concerned about). Since TVs are often so highly debated, it's hard to get a clear sense of what to get. In either case, seems like settling for this for the bedroom wouldn't be terrible but potentially waiting to see what the 2020 TCL 6 series looks like might be worth it.

The 75" Samsung deal at Costco has the same website pricing issue where the sale price is not showing. Someone on that thread just ordered it and submitted a price adjustment request. Not sure that will work, but I'm confident Costco will make it right.

Edit: Weird, I just went back to the page and price is back to $459.99 and my order didn't go through.

Edit2: Went back to cost.com and now price shows $379.99 and my previous order went through so now I have a duplicate order Smilie
