usually its cheaper for the 2 cam and than add on cams but right now they come out to same price.

Really good deal! Usually the 2 cameras plus 1 extra camera and smart apple garage door opener totals to about 350.. buying this saves about $50(excluding the garage door opener).Wish I waited for this deal..got on the last deal and missed the return deadline by a couple of weeks =(..I think this deal is so good - i might even buy another set lmfao!

U need to have the "base" for the cameras to connect to.. but if you already have a base then yes it would be cheaper to buy the single cameras

Good price for 4 cameras. If you only need 2 or 3, check out the front page deal. You can buy the set of 2 for $225 and get an add on for $89. With all of these deals today, it's a great chance to get as many cameras as you need at the best price I've seen yet.

Yeah, when their servers go down you are SOL. Really weird for a product that claims to be all local storage. Saw people who couldn't even disarm their security systems. I installed one yesterday and their email verification system went down for 12 hours, meaning you couldn't do anything. Thinking about returning.

It is local video storage, but is encrypted and requires auth from their server to view your recorded clips.

The cameras DO still function/record if any internet outage occurs.

I've had since Nov, and have experienced one outage (server in their end) a couple of weeks ago, when they were doing upgrades.

All in all a great solution for the cost. Battery realistically lasts me 4-6 months with 1000s of recorded events each charge.
