Spend 25 more and get a new one. From amazon or Verizon. This is Not a good seal for returned items.

Not a good price they have sold them at $172 I know I bought a pair PLUS for an extra $25 you can get a new pair with 12 months warranty

Also these might be returns from Walmart but sometimes people return fake versions or defective units when I got mine while mine were perfect some others didn't have the same luck...... for $195 not so good

I purchased this exact item from VIPoutlet and received an empty box. When I asked their help to resolve, they replied that it was my problem and refused to help further. Their arrogance is unbelievable. They should not be able to be in business. If you look at their ebay feedback, its the same message. A sizable fraction around 5% of the reviews, they ship no item, broken items, the wrong item and refuse to do anything to resolve. For me, its 50%. I bought 2 items and got an empty box the second time around.
