In before all the watch snobs shame people for considering Invicta.

I have 16 watches, ranging in price from $50-900, and can honestly say that a cheap Invicta like this deserves a place in any budget watch collection. This is one of the best sub homages at this price and comes with a lot of features that make it punch above its weight:

screw down crown
cyclops date
coin-edge bezel (this is the better of the two bezels offered with this model)
seiko automatic movement
exhibition case back
200m water resist (though I've never tested)
not nearly as gaudy as other Invictas, and looks very nice in person

No shame wearing an Invicta. This is a great starter/beater watch and you'll be hard pressed to find another automatic with these features at this price point. (yes, you can sometimes find Seiko 5's and Vostok autos at this price, and each are worth picking up if you want to expand your collection on the cheap)
Invicta watches:

MSRP $10,999
Sale price $57.99 (99.47% off!)
Great watch! My wife's boyfriend gave me one.

This is tempting, except for the large Invicta label etched in the side opposite the crown. The two tone black dial is pretty perfect otherwise.

I have the black and silver and it's actually pretty nice. I leave my submariner at home when I travel to a foreign country and just leave this in my travel bag. It's great when I end up going somewhere in the water and don't want to wear the smart watch. It's not big and gawdy. It's actually a little smaller than the real submariner. If I lose it, no big deal. I got it for 80 a long time ago.

I wish the blue automatic was available with silver instead of gold.

I'm sorry, but Invicta is just garbage. I'm not a watch snob, but the quality is just yuck-on par with $20 replicas.
Even with seiko movement?

What do you find different from the rolex submariner?

I bought this last year around the same time. I'd jump on it imo at this price. It's small bandwise, but the watch is very thick.

200m water resist with a Seiko movement, this is a pretty good price. $150 Seikos don't even have this movement with hacking and hand winding, you usually have to step up to a $300 Seiko to get this.

The large INVICTA on the side can be buffed off if it really bugs you.

Same. I only got the black cause the blue had that gold on it.

I've owned the black and stainless steel version a while ago. Awesome watch to start your journey into automatic watches it just add to a collection that needs a diver. Fit and finish were fine. Lume wasn't good at all. The watch is also pretty popular in the modding community if you want to go down that road. I've since moved on to other watches that I enjoy more, but this watch played a stepping stone in my watch box

I have purchased 5 Invicta watches over the years, and have received a lot of good comments about how they look. I have had no issues with any of them, and will be buying more for gifts. That said, they do inflate the retail value of their watches. At this price the above watch is a good buy.
