Do you need a Phillips hue to use with Alexa or Google home for the A19 color and tunable white? Also what's the difference between the A19 nd the b30 color tunable one?

No, you don't need Philips Hue to use it with either Google/Alexa.

Warning stupied question:
Can this be set up as a kid's light? E.g. I want to have a regular table lamp that can be turn and off as normal, but if the on light is still on at midnight to automatically turn off. Next day the lamp should behave as normal, e.g. respond to normal physical switch input, but may require that the physical switch be toggle from "on (but bulb off), to off, then on (and bulb on)". Does that make sense?
Basically I want my kid to be able to use the lamp as normal, but for it to shut off if my kid left it on at night while falling asleep.

Very stupid. I use hue wireless dimmer switches and these won't connect. I returned these things with the quickness.
