It's a 27" IPS 1440p 2k gaming monitor w/ 144 Hz refresh rate, 1 ms response time, AMD FreeSync, low blue light, built-in speakers, 3.5mm out, VESA, and a 3 year warranty. It comes w/ an HDMI 2.0 cable and power cable.

If this monitor has any shortcomings, I can't think of any.
That one is now priced at $300 for some reason. Very volatile prices for all hardware still.

bad ergonomics and zero gaming features typically found in gaming monitors.
This is more of an in-stock notice than a sale notice. Most high demand 1440/144hz-165hz monitors on Amazon have been sold out for a while.
There are tons of better monitors than this. It's hardly a must have especially compared to ASUS and LG's competition models which retail slightly higher for much better monitors.

Thanks for review. I will be taking advantage of vesa mount so ergo is a non-issue for me. Is there any gaming monitors in this price range that support hdr?
LG's models almost all support HDR in this price range. You will always pay more for an LG monitor over Viewsonic, but you'll easily see where you money went in side by side comparisons.
