This is more of an in-stock notice than a sale notice. Most high demand 1440/144hz-165hz monitors on Amazon have been sold out for a while.
There are tons of better monitors than this. It's hardly a must have especially compared to ASUS and LG's competition models which retail slightly higher for much better monitors.
I don't know if I would say much better monitors. The only thing this is really lacking is adjustment from the stand. You say it has zero gaming features typically found in other monitors? The features that make a gaming monitor are high refresh rate, free sync/gsync, response time which this has. Sounds like you are just parroting what you read off of rtings where they mention it doesn't have a built in crosshair lol. And not to pee in anyone Cheerios but HDR on the monitors you are referring to is fake HDR at those price points.
