Btw - we love it. If you ever go to a drive-in movie theater, this is the best possible device. It'll connect to the FM or AM station broadcasting the sound, and you don't have to use your car battery, while at the same time getting considerably better sound quality.
Other things I like: the wireless phone charging is pretty cool, the battery life is impressive, and the sound quality is very good.
The only drawbacks I've noticed is that the Ion companion app for iOS is buggy, and if you want to hardwire for sound then you need an aux cable w/adaptor for the newer iPhones.
