This seems to undercut prices on Dell's website extensively and is about the same price as what you would pay if you bought 3rd party upgrades like ram and ssd and upgraded yourself.

So all that money I saved with good deals by waiting has been wiped out by losses on reselling them for better aprts. So next time I better give myself a time limit to buy all parts and be done with it!

Depends on your use. Cnet posted 494 minutes of video play. That's likely not using the GPU at all for video playback.

Battery life seems to be around 6-7 hours of just web browsing and watching videos. Good for my needs but up to you to decide.
