Starting today, 6/25 Costco has the Nest Thermostat plus one Room Sensor for $199.99. Deal runs through 7/8/20 or until supplies last.
I have been searching for a smart thermostat for a couple months after moving into a new home. I purchased the latest Ecobee with room sensor for the same price about a month ago but it did not support home/away using geofencing with multiple phones in the family. This was a deal breaker for my family and a feature that Nest supports - at least it did in our last house where we had the Nest E (lite version).
This seems like the best deal going as it includes the room sensor which typically costs $39 individually or $99 for a 3 pack.
I searched and did not see this deal posted - hopefully the search was accurate.

It was $199 for a few hours.
I just checked and these 3 retailers have the Nest with no room sensors for $199, and the power company deal brings it down to $99 for my area.
