I used to have a pair of X-Ray boots. They are cheap, but worth the $15~ to wear out in bad / snowy / salty weather. I recommend them for the money.

Seems like these are branded specifically for sale at outlets or discount stores. These aren't going to be the same quality as Allen Edmonds's official shoes. I can't speak of the quality but don't be surprised if you get some inferior shoes compared to their normal offerings.

Agreed. Got a couple pairs from 2-3 years ago before their rebranding / reorganization. They're not the same.

Beware.... The Allen Edmonds are definitely seconds (no surprise) but mine were severely flawed in the leather. I don't mind a little scuffing, but aberration in the grain can't be overcome. Both shoes in one pair had kinks in the leather.
