    I have a CP1000AVRLCD that I purchased around the start of 2020 it failed after a few months. I reached out for support around the early stages of covid they sent me a new battery. That worked briefly, and then the unit failed again. I haven't received any responses since then.

    In my experience once the UPS fails it's not worth your time to switch out of battery it never works the same and usually fails quickly after

    It's well within the warranty period and they are playing around.

    The other night i submitted another request, they responded the next morning. I responded immediately and haven't heard anything back.
