Hi. Not sure how long ago this was but if you try again with T-Force around 10 am or so, you should be able to get the line for free. You don't need to add a line to get a line.
I called them at 9 this morning, he was aware of the promo and read through the terms with me. If you think that's in error, I'll try again around 11 to see if I get a different result.

Just added the free line with T-Mobile using iMessage took about 10 min start/finish. I'm on the T-Mobile One All-In Promo plan 2 lines, this makes make the 3rd. The did charge me $10.93 for the sim/free shipping.
I got shot down stating that my plan was not eligible ( I am on tmobile One Plus - with a free third line) . Is there any official link to this that I can show them?

If you add line via App, you have to only pay for sim $10 and 20 dollars is waived. I got this from the rep. 20 dollars monthly for magenta you see at checkout when ordering is applied as bill credit so dont worry about it

What time zone are you in? I have chatted with 2 reps via Tmobile app & text message. They both told me the promo that was released today is BOGO and they require me to add a paid line first.

Ahhh, with trade in. That makes more sense. I was going to say, I'd take a free phone and free line, no strings attached, any day!

Be that as it may, the original point still stands. Kickback from zero is zero.

I'm on Simple Choice plan ($40) with two lines. So pay $88.07 monthly.

Will see if I can add a line for no money
