How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

Looks like I have same plan that you have, additional line is $30. My plan is the SC North American Unlimited 4 Lines for $150 plus tax and 14gb of Hotspot per line. I ordered my free line on Friday through 611, the CSR had assured me that it will be free, the free line finally showed up on my account yesterday when they shipped my SIM card and yet, no "2020 Line on Us" anywhere on my account. On billing and history, it shows additional $30 on my plan now, from $150 to $180. I was puzzled and I called 611 again yesterday and the CSR said don't worry, be happy. It will take two billing cycles for old plans like SC Plan to show up she said. If after two billing cycles and I don't see the free promo, call them back and they will manually fix it. Again, she said she will add notes on my account just in case if there are any issues in the future.

Then I asked her if there any better plans that I can switch since SC plans charged taxes per line but she said that SC plans are the best and recommend to keep my plan. So far including this new free line, I will be paying $150 plus tax for eight voice lines (4 paid, 4 free due to old promos like this).

Lastly, I asked if my SC plan qualifies for any iPhone discount and after 5 minutes of waiting, she came back and said only the iPhone SE with 50% off with any new lines for my old SC plan since there no restrictions to met.

Hope this goes smooth when I get my next bill.
Thanks man. Really great to know that it's going to work out for us. Super jealous of your free lines. I never bothered in the past and now I regret.

A few representatives offered to switch me to Magenta to save on taxes.

So I was able to add a free line on Friday afternoon and then a iPhone SE for 50% off (though its EIP credits) on Saturday.

I think everything went smooth based on what I'm seeing on my account now.
Had 4 lines + 2 tablet lines (also free from the last promo a few years back). Now have 5 lines + 2 tablets.

yes of course for your peace a mind you can do that, all I'm saying is it doesn't really make sense if google voice isn't eligible for the port in but somehow they let you port in any way and the line work just fine, I'm just sharing my personal experiences, never had a problem with google voice for these type of deals, as well as my friends.
You can port in any phone number, T-Mobile will not refused it . Why? Because the more people port in the more $ getting in their pocket. But for Promotion qualifying is different story.

I have T-Mobile one all in One with one plus Promo
Mine show in 5 minutes

Go to Tforce, tell them change to T-Mobile one all in which is tax included. Yes they can do everything there lol

Apply all promotions, and your bill would come out less.
I pay $16/line unlimited

Really? I don't have much faith that a rep would just change the existing plan to a grandfathered plan for anyone. And then apply promotions that was not there before. Probably would offer to change to Magenta instead.

This is the one plan right?: https://www.t-mobile.com/support/...for-phones

So they moved me from one plus to magenta so I could have the fourth line for free. I now pay $112 a month for 4lines. They said they could switch me to a different one plus promo, but I'd lose the 50% off iPhone xs promo I received when adding the free line. Is it worth the switch to magenta?

I got a free line and got the Samsung BOGO Promo with S20 5g and S20+ 5g, but the rep said I have to keep the new # active for 2 years on one of the new phone, which I'm not planning to.

Is that mandatory if anyone knows ?

TIA.

You will need to keep 3 lines active: 2 Lines to get the 3rd free, and the free line to get monthly phone credits.

Man, the tforce is not friendly today lol. I Have been on tmobile since 2006 and I am on the frltul2lp all in. I have 2 lines, I had a 3rd line in 2016 and cancelled that at some point and they just wont let me add another.
I see all these discounts everyone else has gotten through the years and I wish I was more on top of it myself.

FYI for others, I have this plan, 10SFM2LN and I got denied twice. I have 4 lines, and a customer for 7 years. they tried to get me to change plans

We have two phone lines on the Simple Choice North America 10 GB Family Match Promo (SOC code 10SFM2LN).

Spoke with T-Force via in-app chat yesterday and they confirmed we were eligible for the promotion. Gave me the steps to add a line and purchase a SIM online for $10 (vs the additional $20 fee if they had to assist)

One concern - the SOC code list in the wiki does not include 10SFM2LN...

Hopefully T-Mobile honors their word/promotion. I did save the entire chat via screenshots just in case (and the rep said they noted our account with this promo info as well).

Since it's not on the list, I wouldn't risk it unless you want to be dealing with customer service for hours trying to fix it later.

Thank you for your reply.

I have no intention to cancel any line, just want to know if I have to keep the new Sim in the new phone as 1 line is for my son who is not ready to change his phone # and I can't as I have been using the same # for years and don't want to change my # and want to use the phone I ordered for me on my old phone #.

The rep told me I have to keep the new # on one of the new phones to get the credit.
