How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

I have 6 voice lines with T-Mobile. Is it possible to change one of my voice lines to a free one? (as in paying for 5 lines and having 1 line being free).
No, the offer is for an additional free line.

Get the free line now as it costs you nothing (but possibly taxes if you're on Simple Choice). Keep everything for 1 year (requirement for maintaining free line long term). Then port 1 paid line out and port that number back in over free line. I think that would work to give you 6 lines, one of them free a year from now while maintaining all of your phone numbers.

lol I tried! Rep.supposedly tried but said system gave error, expired promotion.

I may try again sometime
Even if they're able to add kickback on to the free line you won't get the credit on your account. My account shows I have kickback on the one free line I've had for a few years now but I never get a kickback credit. I never even used that line until just a few months ago so I was always at 0GB, maybe .1GB once in a while if I was playing with the phone.

They actually had a glitch the first 2 months when I added that free line and I was getting kickback credit, that only lasted for 2 months. They quickly sent out a text stating free lines don't get it and they've corrected the error.

Got this added a few days ago, then was told my SOC wasn't compatible and had the line removed. Called back again and was told it WAS compatible, had it re-added. Called back to add a device and was told once again it wasn't compatible, back and forth, back and forth.

Finally I got it added yesterday, and I was sent to the store to pick up a OnePlus 7T. They had to add the device to an existing line (since my SIM hadn't shipped yet), but apparently everything was manually straightened out, because my plan shows that I have 5 voice lines included (was 4), 2 free data lines from the black friday promo a few years back, and the OnePlus promo credits are showing as well.

This was for SOC 10SCFM4.

Here's my update: I ended up cancelling my line after the next rep told me that my account is a promotional plan and is not eligible for the free line. I checked with them to see why I still don't have the promo listed on the new line and it's cause I am not on the list of eligible plans (from what I posted earlier but was hoping our plan was still eligible). So for those with 10SCFM4 (Simple Choice NA 10GB Family Match Promo Plan), you are not eligible and will not get the free line. At least I set up Tmobile Tuesday real quick to get the free stuff before I cancelled.
Frown I was hoping it would work for someone, but it's all good I heard they will have another promo that we will be eligible for so we'll see next time around!

I believe we have the same plan.. SOC code SCFUTTBD

Sucks to have to pay $10 SIM fee ( I have like 20 lying around lol )
You can use your available SIM instead of getting another one for $10.
Just tell the CSR your SIM # for the additional line.

So we have NAFUTT4 plan. Chatted with a 611 rep yesterday and signed up for the free plan plus Iphone XS 50% off deal, paid $57 in tax. They initially wanted to charge me a $20 "support fee" which after some convincing had it waived. Today I read through one of the SD posts saying my plan may not be eligible for the iPhone deal and I would not get the promo once the phone is delivered. I then chatted up with another 611 rep who once again confirmed my plan was eligible for the iphone. Following some poster's advice I decided to go on facebook to msg Tforce who then called and told me my plan was NOT eligible but because it was their fault the Tforce rep went ahead and credited my account a lump sum of $350 upfront and let me have the Iphone XS (still paying the $700 over 24 months).

Go into the TMO app, tap on Bill, then tap Equipment Installment Plans. It should show the EIP when they prepare the shipment. If it doesn't show any promo / bill credit information, the promo didn't process.
If it does show promo, am I gucci?

So is the limit 1 free line only, even if you currently have 4 lines?

Is it showing as "2020 Line On Us (Additional Lines)"?

Or as "$0.0" on the Account Activity page? Which apparently shows like that to everyone regardless of promo.

I have a Sc similar plan, two people said I only qualify for the SE promo as the Terms and conditions show any plan qualifies, but that the ca is only for magnets type plans, they even sent me the link to show sc doesn't qualify.
Call 611 and explain you want the new SE but aren't eligible for 50% off promo because of grandfathered plan. They just had me purchase on EIP for full price and gave me a $200 credit a month later. Better than the promo. I'm not the only one that was offered this deal. I'm on SC 10GB plan.

Thanks. The rep said I only qualified for 1 free line. I have Simple Choice 4 lines 6GB for $120 I think which got upgraded to Unlimited last year.
