How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

Original: 2 for 100$ plan, added one line. So currently - 3 lines on TMO One Plus (with insider hookup and kickback). Am unable to add a line (paid or free) on this plan. Monthly bill is about 112$ prior to kick backs. Any suggestions on how I could switch to a different plan at the same rate and features and add at least one more line?

If you're asking if you can get your bill stay at $112 prior to kickback and get the 4th free line today then the short answer is no.

At very best, your 4th free line will cost you $16 more (after hookup discounts) since you need to change rate plan.

However, once you change to the regular Tmobile One 2/$120 plan, then you can get the "free" 4th line and ability to add 5-8 more lines in the future. However, you will need an experienced rep b/c everything is grandfathered and it will take a bit of key punches to get it done.

If you got a poor rep who didn't do it correctly, you will have to spend a lot of time fixing it and wishing you never even bother with that 4th "free" line you don't need to begin with. So do you really need this 4th line knowing it's NOT FREE, then go ahead and reach out and hope you get a rep who knows what he/she doing. Good luck

Look for my posts from Friday & Sat b/c i already explained too many times here on this massive thread...

was this thru T-Force or my.t-mobile.com chat or 611? Maybe we should try to change to SLCFULX50 from SLCULTT50... What are the base details of ur 1st 2 lines?

Do u have SLCFULX50 or SLCULTT50 or another type of SLC plan? And was this thru T-Force or my.t-mobile.com chat or 611?
My plan is 'SLCULTT50' but based on the reddit post, 611, and t-force, select choice plans are not eligible. As previously mentioned, I have tried multiple times with other promotions and it seems select choice is typically excluded. Additionally, I have tried and had reps promise they would add a promotion but if your account is not eligible, they are really not able to do so systematically. Lastly, I was lucky to get someone willing to process a workaround but am not holding my breath as 99.9% of the time, promises aren't kept if its something the system won't allow them to add.

I have 4 lines and all have unlimited. 611 phone chat rep said my plan initially was just a voice line and I was gifted unlimited (bill breaks it down as $10 voice and $20 for unlimited for the 4 lines). Then rep said he believes that plan was 3Gb high speed and unlimited 2G. He could give me this but never said it would be free. If i wanted 6Gb or 10Gb I could pay for those addons. He also said if I want unlimited he could find the code but it would be $30 a month. hmmm

I went to two stores, 3 611 text reps, and 2 611 phone reps so called Experts.

Some people get lucky and find a good rep. All promised my data would be unlimited just like my current lines.

No, same thing for me. Our 3 existing lines on the 6 GB plan were upgraded to unlimited for free last year, but the new free line has 6 GB data and Data Stash. It stated so clearly in the promo rules for the unlimited upgrade back then that the upgrade will only apply to existing lines and that any new lines would be subject to the original data allotment.

Sorry not buying it unless you're talking about a different addon than the free unlimited upgrade that happened last year.
I was able to change my free line to the unlimited data option

I just did it too. At first I was only interested in the free line, but after thinking about it, $8/month for an iphone to have as a backup is absolutely worth it.

I think the two of you are talking about different plans possibly? the unlimited that cvrefugee is talking about is the NAFUTT4 I believe. That plan offers a free upgrade to unlimited option. In comparison, the previous posted with 6gb has the bump to unlimited during one of the waves where they took away data stash to give unlimited data. If correct, comparing the two is a moot point.

Just remember, you're now locked in for 2 years. As long as you're good with that, it's a decent deal for the SE and a free extra line.

Most people don't really need the free line or the SE, they are just doing the deal because the line is free and the phone is $200. This would be a very hot deal if both the line and SE were free for existing customers, even with being locked in for 2 years of bill credits.

Find out your SOC first. See if it is on the list of approved plans. If not, you're screwed, regardless of what any CSR tells you. If it is on the list, you're golden. Good luck.

Doesn't matter if you saved the chat or not. It means nothing. But if you received the text confirming the free line, that is a great sign. You should be good to go. However, I would still double check and compare your SOC to those on the list to make sure you're eligible, otherwise you many run into problems others here have experienced after being told they were good.

I've been with T-Mobile since 2003. We're not going anywhere. I also started a business and it would be nice to have a separate/line phone for that purpose. Being locked in is a non issue. The se will go to my sister and I'll take her old 8 to have as my backup.

Now I just need to make sure T-Mobile didn't screw up my account.
