Here we go again. I tried to get the deal back in fall 2019. Walked in for the $99 lease or whatever it was and was offered $279 per month. Screw you Circle Hyundai!

This dealership is famous for Bait n Switch - they advertise low lease price to bait you and then prices doubles/triples when you get there...

Total monthly payments $2,844.00 so a 3 year lease seems amazing. So what is the scam?

Problem with this deal is it's for the 2019 IONIQ Electric, which doesn't seem to be in stock within 250 miles of Atlantic City, NJ. The 2019 IONIQ plug-in and the 2020 IONIQ Electric aren't part of the $79/month deal. 2020 IONIQ Electric is $2,199 due at signing and $209/month, The 2019 IONIQ plug-in hybrid is $2,113 due at signing and $119/month.

Per Autotrader there isn't a single new 2019 Ioniq EV in the entire country.

Love my 19 EV Ioniq. Such a fun car. Everyone who drives it loves it. I got the $149/0 down deal and love it a lot. Added a 220v socket at home and it's perfect

My brother in law who lives in NJ just picked up a 2020 for a pretty killer deal, was $149/mo all in for the base model. Not as cheap as the 2019, but the 2020 gets a few more miles per charge I think.

He found it on leasehackr, not sure if it's OK to post a link, but if so it's HERE [leasehackr.com].

I got the 2019 deal this past Oct - Has been a really solid car so far, no complaints.
