I dont see 149.99, but there is one for 145.66 which is extend2fit 2 in 1. The one in the post is extend2fit 3 in 1. Graco website has the same model in different colors for $219.99. So I thought BJs has this for lowest price at this time. This might have gone bit more cheaper for Thanksgiving and Christmas, but anyone currently in market this seemed to be a good price for the model.
