I'm going to be the guy to say that this game is just 'okay'. It hasn't aged well IMO, and ends in a cliffhanger. We won't ever see a proper sequel. The voice acting for the protagonist is phenomenal though.
The game turns into a bit of a grind and unlockables just aren't very rewarding. Gunplay is basically tacked onto it and the game would have felt better if it just wasn't included at all. There's a fair amount of it, but it just isn't anything special.
It's just another large, empty world with little personality. Nothing about it feels alive, and very few missions feel inspired. You can blow cars up and run over the NPCs, but so many games have already done the same.
The main sticking point is the story. It's pretty good. Unfortunately, like I said before, cliffhanger and no sequel.
A lot of times it is just a code. Sometimes and in this case, you can download the game directly though your Amazon Game Library.

Theres no such thing as an "amazon for pc" launcher... It's probably Steam activation/download.
