I tried adding two to my cart but didn't see the $35 off, even at checkout. Is there a coupon code or something?

There was a link on the page offering 2 fire tablets for $35 off. The link has since been removed. I tried chatting with a customer service rep and they said that the deal is no longer being offered.

I guess it was running for a very short time. The price was reduced automatically when I added two items to the cart. Seems like BB has stopped this deal by now.
